The flavour's speak for themselves in this simple and quick to prepare dish that practically cooks itself whether you are short on time or, in my case, too hot to slave in the kitchen. All the ingredients are in my freezer or storecupboard so it is also an easy one to rustle up. If I was doing posh I would use fresh veg and fancy up the spuds with a herb butter maybe rustle up a lemon sauce as a side but the basics stay the same
